Sponsorship Packages For Try Tri Events.
Try Tri Events will be hosting and organising ‘The Wessex 2012 Triathlon Series’
Sponsorship packages are available for these fantastic sporting events and this will be an excellent opportunity to showcase your products and services to those who have shown an interest in multi sport activities.
Basic advertisement options
£30 – per month banner advert on www.trytri.co.uk (Feb 2010 2,000 unique visitors, 15,000 hits and rising)
£40 – Leaflets in all goodie bags at each of our events.
Event Sponsorship
We have 3 types of Sponsorship available on the lead up to the day, the event itself and on the website for the following 6 months after the event.
BRONZE Sponsorship package £50
• Leaflets/freebie put in all competitors ‘Goodie Bags’ on the day (250 – 300 bags)
• Option to have a banner on site throughout the event.
• ¼ advert in Race information guide
• Link on website www.trytri.co.uk
SILVER Sponsor package £150
• Stand on the day to showcase your goods and services.
(Stand can be point of sale, demonstration area or therapy zone.)
• ½ Page advert in ‘Race Information’ which will be available to download from the website and 500 -1000 copies will be handed out to spectators and competitors on the day.
• Leaflets/freebie put in all competitors ‘Goodie Bags’ on the day (250 – 300 bags)
• Option to have a banner on site throughout the event.
• Link and banner advert on website www.trytri.co.uk
GOLD Sponsor package £300
• Logo on race day t-shirts which will act as a memorabilia of the day.
• Stand on the day to showcase your goods and services.
(Stand can be point of sale, demonstration area or therapy zone.)
• Whole page advert (A5) in ‘Race Information’ which will be available to download from the website and 500-1000 copies will be handed out to spectators and competitors on the day.
• Banner on site throughout the event
• Leaflets/freebie put in all competitors ‘Goodie Bags’ on the day (250 – 300 bags)
• Logo and link plus advert on website www.trytri.co.uk
