0800 – 200m Swim, 10km Cycle and 3km Run

This year for the first time we have Chip timing for more accurate results, including a break down of how long it takes the competitor to do the Swim, bike and run sections.

1300 – Swim 50m, Cycle 2km, Run 1km
1330 – Swim 100m, Cycle 4km, Run 2km
Venue
Kings’ School Romsey Road, Winchester, SO22 5PN, two miles from the M3 junction 11 between Southampton and Basingstoke, refreshments available from on site cafe. A 25m pool with toilet and shower facilities, a closed circuit bike and run course for the children and one 10km lap of quiet roads for the youths and novices.
