What better way to celebrate the end of the London 2012 Olympics than by challenging yourself to compete in a triathlon like no other and push your body to the limit. THE event of the Wessex 2012 Calendar, experience the highlights of test Valley and achieve something amazing!
Complete a 600m Pool swim at Andover Leisure centre. The swim will be set off in waves, so that there are no more than 4 people in a lane at a time. Then it’s a tough 30km undulating cycle through the heart of Test Valley:
The cycle will end at Romsey Rapids, where the Swiclists will finish, but for the Triathletes, it’s not over yet! There’s a 7.5km run to Knightwood Leisure Centre in Chandlers Ford, where you will receive an Olympians welcome!
Do something different this year and take the ultimate challenge!
There will be a shuttle coach transport service for all spectators and competitors between all 3 sites, running regularly.
Big bags will be provided at transition, with each competitors race number on. Providing you put your kit in the corresponding bag at transition, it will be at the finish waiting for you!

The senior race official on the day will complete a race report which will be returned to British Triathlon in accordance with set guidelines.

You will swim/cycle/run with care and attention, abiding by the normal rules of the Highway Code and remain responsible for your own property. You are in good health and have done sufficient training to safely complete the course
